Na Pali Sea Kayaking Day Tour
We now offer our Na Pali Day trip from Polihale State Park on Kauai’s west side.
This round trip sea-kayak adventure from Polihale to Milolii is approximately 10-12 miles (usually a five-hour trip). This side of the island is the leeward side which offers calmer conditions, smoother paddling, and less likeliness for sea sickness. As conditions allow, we kayak on for a snorkel at Nualolo Kai and cruise through sea caves.
The kayak caravan lands on the remote beach of Milolii for a catered lunch and a well deserved break. Here, guests have an hour or so to explore the valley, comb the beach for the elusive sunrise shell, or find a nice shady tree and let the wind whir you into a nap. We return to Polihale between 2:30 and 3:30 p.m. (conditions permitting). Polihale landings can be thrilling and treacherous so have all your gear strapped, buckled, clipped, and be ready for action.
After everyone lands, we throw a big high five, take a quick swim, then do one last push to help portage gear and kayaks to the trailer. At the beach park, you can shower off and grab a cold refreshment before the ride out.
